I would like to propose that there should be a cut off time for players arriving to the game. For example: 30 minutes after the start time or after the 1st set is completed. Two times this season against Doctors A we have had players arrive within the 3rd set when the match was tight. On one occasion the new player did not know the rules, so was being told them as he played. I believe this contributes to the ethos of the league of fair play and sportsmanship.
